SEO MANAGER

• Reports to: Head of eCommerce and Marketing
• Location: Williamstown Head Office, CF40 1NY  
• Role:An excellent opportunity for a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Manager to join an in-house team at a large insurance intermediary in South Wales. Your main role will be to drive relevant visitors to a number of niche insurance products across multiple websites, through both on and off page SEO development. The ideal candidate must have at least two years recent full-time proven experience in SEO. Proven experience of Pay Per Click (PPC) and Display Advertising would be advantageous though not essential as this role will be predominantly SEO
  • Proven track record of delivering good SEO, within insurance and/or financial services being advantageous.
  • At least 2 years recent full-time hands on SEO experience.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about SEO.
  • Well organised and able to multitask; can handle pressure and work to deadlines.
  • Have excellent and extensive technical on page and linking strategy knowledge & skills.
  • Able to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO strategies.
  • Able to assess the performance of SEO activity.
  • Experience in link strategies and other SEO marketing tools is also essential.

CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Reports to: Managing Director
• Location: Williamstown, Head Office, CF40 1NY
• Role: You will have the responsibility to lead, inspire, motivate and manage Customer Operations Teams to exceed Customer experience. Cost effectiveness and income targets through delivery of the following services: Claims notifcation and support, Customer Fulfilment, Complaints and Customer Payments. The ideal candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  •  have experience of Direct Management of 20+ people,
  • Operational Management, ideally in a Customer facing, multi disciplined call centre environment.
  • Have demonstrable leadership of leading change initiatives to improve Customer experience and Operational efficiency
  • Experience in working in a regulatory environment.
     

HEAD OF WHOLESALE AND AFFINITY

• Reports to: Managing Director
• Location: Williamstown, Head Office, CF40 1NY
• Role: Educated to degree level or equivalent. Have a proven track record in similar business development role, a minimum of five-years experience in Personal Lines Insurance and a minimum of three-years experience in People Management. 
• Experience in working in a Regulatory enviroment.
• You will have the responsibility of implementing and growing internal and external Insurance distribution income streams through partners by delivery of the following services:
  • Delivery of a great B2B proposition to our partners through co-ordination of internal resources, e.g. MI, Compliance, Marketing, Direct Sales & Customer Operations.
  • Planning and forecasting to ensure operational SLA's are met
  • Performance and Account Management
  • Identifying and securing profitable new income streams
  • Contract negotiation with support from Legal, Compliance and Finance Teams
